Hello World is a 24-hour hackathon made specifically for first-time hackers! This hackathon gives students the opportunity to create amazing projects with the help of mentors and company workshops. After 24 hours, students have the opportunity to present their projects in the Expo and win cool prizes!

Eligibility

Hello World is open to freshmen and first-time hackers.

Requirements

Submit your project on here! Make sure it is the project you worked on during Hello World not before! Also please remember to list all the members of your team so we know who contributed.

The final deadline for submissions is 12:00 PM, September 16th. After that, you will not be able to submit your projects and be eligible for prizes.

Judging Criteria

  • Technical Skill
    We're looking for people who went outside their comfort zone and developed a challenging project.
  • Creativity and Scalability
    We're looking for creative ideas and innovative projects that make you think outside the box and that offers a new perspective.
  • Technical Development
    We want to see how much you've challenged yourself and what technologies and programming tools you've used.
